Before I knew it had to be approved, I created an unofficial RTTL tech support group on Telegram to help other newbies having a hard time accessing the RTTL chat. I just asked Billy o Tea if this is ok. He is going to check if the Board approves of my idea.
If the RSVP for attendees is low, it might be that new folks or even other members can't access the website and never logged into the RTTL chat and it is too difficult to get ahold of someone? Also RTTL membership may need to active our enrollment link on our account pages (see second and third screenshots)

Solved Tech obstacle update: Any other RTTL newbies unable to get into the RTTL Telegram Chat?
I signed up as a new applicant and received a new password.
For some reason the RTTL website rolls me back out and I have to keep reapplying as a new member to get the new RTTL automatically generated password. There is no option for me to create a password.
Maybe that is a feature of the RTTL website rather than a flaw...
